Pricing Information

Prices are per room type and night. Rates include the use of the Wi-Fi (in the entire hotel), air conditioning and safe.
Rates don't include tourist tax (from 01/05 to 30/09), which must be paid by the customer on site, as well as any increase in VAT.
Rates are calculated with a surcharge for the single room of € 10,00 per night.
For CHILDREN under 3 years old: free in room with two adults in the double bed.
In the double room: maximum 2 persons and 1 child under 3 years old.
In the triple room: maximum 3 persons and 1 child under 3 years old.

Extra charge

-Small and medium sized pets: € 5,00 per day.
-The private parking outdoor, illuminated, unattended, in fenced area and closed by an automatic barrier, is located 280 meters from the hotel (in Viale dei Platani 36) and costs € 6,00 per day.
Available for each room a numbered car park from 14.30 of the day of arrival until 10.00 of the departure day.

Rules

The reservation is to be considered confirmed after sending a deposit following the confirmation by the management.
For late arrivals or for early departures, the management reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the cost of the room for the period actually booked.
For a cancellation made at least 3 days before the arrival date, it is possible to fully recover the deposit. Otherwise the deposit will be totally retained.
The room is intended as reserved from 14.30 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.
